The goal | Acquiring basic knowledge in the field of organization and management. Setting the basis for the implementation of quality management standards. Acquiring knowledge from theories of organization, standardization, organizational action and strategy of setting up and developing an organization. | |||
The outcome | The student is acquainted with the advantages and disadvantages of particular theories of organization and types of organizational structures. The student is acquainted with the method of organization of individual departments in graphic and packaging companies, as well as the principles of norming work and organization of shift work. The student is able to set the basic organizational chart of the company in the field of graphic and packaging industry. | |||
