The goal | The acquisition and the development of the bachelor engineer knowledge about the managing of the human resources, as they are the most important element of the business success of the economy subjects. The importance of the knowledge of nature, properties and the role of the human resources is significantly high in modern living conditions, characterized by the globalization and the development of the society of knowledge and economy. | |||
The outcome | New understanding of the knowledge resources, as well as other capabilities of humans as social reproduction agents, on the level of both business company and social community. New, expanded awareness of the value and domains of the human resources will be a qualified background for the more efficient management of the reproduction process. | |||
