The goal | The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic processes and technologies in microelectronics, correlation structure with process parameters, fundamentals of kinetics, mechanisms of the microstructure development during crystal growth and micro processing and materials characterization. | |||
The outcome | Based on the knowledge and skills students will be able to apply highly specialized knowledge in the design of microelectronic and optoelectronic materials and design of crystal growth, processing and composite nano modified electronic and optoelectronic materials. | |||

Contents of lectures | The course introduces students to the examination of classes of materials for micro-and optoelectronics, as well as methods of their processing; interaction of structure-property-processing of materials in electronic technologies; conductors, dielectrics and insulators; piezoelectric; Optoelectronic materials, crystallization and growth of single crystals, control of process parameters ; electronic technologies, thin films; MEMS and NEMS structures, composite electronic and optoelectronic materials, processing of composite materials: electro spinning, spin coating (rotational molding of solution), pressure, the effect of process parameters on the micromechanical properties of electronic and optoelectronic materials. | |||
