The goal | Learnign the basic knowledge of modern printing techniques. Training the student to include himself into existing production process, and to lead it. Learning how to choose appropriate printing technique for maing certain grpahic product. Training the student to solve problems that appears during printing. | |||

Contents of lectures | Ink transfer under pressure in the nip. Letterpress. Flexo prinitng. Sheet-fed offset printing.Offset rotations. Waterless offset. Gravure. Pad prinitng. Silk printing. Print finishing. Characteristic defect on prints made by different printing techniques. Recognizing, finding the cause of defect, preventing and eliminating the defects from prints.
