The goal | Understanding and mastering the concept of quality system and quality system management. Application of appropriate standards (ASTM, ISO and SRPS standards). Dissemination and application of knowledge in the field of chemistry and chemical technology in accordance with the legislation that integrates methods of chemical analysis, control, regulation and management with the laws of the market, economy and culture. | |||

Contents of lectures | Introduction. Basic terms. Overview of quality management elements. Definition of quality and quality control. Characteristics of quality control and quality management systems. Deming rules for successful management and quality improvement. Quality management system. Quality management process. Quality planning. Quality assurance. Quality control. ISO 9000 and 14000 standards; OHSAS 18000. Legislation: Laws and regulations on the manner of testing and the minimum of quality parameters in order to control and monitor the quality of materials and media during the production process. | |||
