The goal | The basic studies of chemistry and technology enlarged with knowledge of principals for quality management and enlargement of the system for the improvement of environment. The enrichment in the existing knowledge for the more organized and creative quality of products and services through market, economy and cultural aspect of living. | |||

Contents of lectures | The quality management system. The development of the system of the quality management (QMS). From the measurements (M) of quality parameters, through quality control, (QC) and quality assurance (QA), to quality management (QM) and to total quality management,(TQM). The preparation for QMS. Models of QMS. ISO standards. Environment and working conditions. Environmental Management System (EMS). Integrated approach of QMS and EMS. The quality management within expert’s education. Management of projects. Managements of processes in chemical industry. | |||
