Contents of lectures | The course syllabus introduces students to the features of English in an academic context. Authentic academic texts are used for the purpose of developing learning strategies, reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, revision of particular grammar items, and adoption of terminology characteristic of academic discourse. | |||
Contents of exercises | Students enhance their academic skills through a variety of assignments, grammar, lexical and syntactic exercises, and discussions. | |||
