Contents | ||||
Contents of lectures | Dynamics of some typical equipment in chemical industries (chemical reactors, columns, heat exchangers etc.) ; 2. Advanced systems of process control based on feedback systems: cascade control, selective control, split-range control, feedback-feedforward control. ; 3. Modern approaches to control in process industries: inferential and adaptive control, multivariable control, model-predictive control. ; 4. Digital control systems: analog and digital signals, discrete dynamic models, discrete controllers, digital equipment in control systems. ; 5. Practical aspects: process and instrumentation diagrams for control of some typical equipment in chemical industries; plant-wide control; different levels of digital control (monitoring and data acquisition, DDC, SCADA, DSC). ; | |||
