The goal | The objective of the course is to introduce students to new practical approaches and technologies in which microbial biomass is produced. The course acquires knowledge about the needs of working microorganisms and production conditions that ensure the optimal yield of biomass for its application, as well as the possibilities of using biomass and its constituents in the food industry, pharmacy, medicine and agriculture.
The outcome | Consideration of the possibility of application of different microorganisms in the production of biomass, with the development of engineering and economic principles in production realization.
